The Project I Am Who I Am Foundation, Inc. started serving “the last, the least, the littlest, and the lost,” in 2012. It was organized out of a common desire to serve humanity; after all—the founders believe, it is better to serve than to be served. It was incorporated as a non-stock, non-profit organization, and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), having its principal address in Lavezares, Northern Samar, where it was originally founded. It has conducted numerous medical missions nationwide, serving thousands upon thousands of needy and impoverished people, and extending various medical services—surgery, dental, internal medicine, pedia, OB-Gyne, optha, PT, ECG, laboratory services, and many more.
